Find the right help faster

A request that is easy to follow up

State the affected service, the public page address, the approximate time, and the steps leading to the issue. Describe the result you expected and what actually happened. For orders, the order or invoice number helps; for API calls, the request ID. Do not send passwords, private keys, or API tokens.

Check website, email, and domain separately

If a website is unreachable, first check the exact address and the displayed error message. For DNS questions, state the affected name and record type. For email issues, the time, the affected mail function, and the error message are helpful. This allows the request to be assigned to the appropriate service.

Read up before the next step

In the customer center you will find your services, orders, and usage information. The developer documentation explains API authentication, endpoints, and webhooks. Our guides help with your first app briefing, understanding domains and hosting, and reviewing AI results. You can discuss custom enterprise projects via the enterprise contact form.
