Scope

These terms apply to LXI.be accounts and services, including AI tools, hosting, domains and related add-ons.

Account and services

Use requires a customer account with a confirmed email address. Scope, price and usage limits depend on the selected service. Free offers may have their own usage limits.

Payment and term

Paid orders and subscriptions are paid via PayPal. The final price shown in the ordering process is decisive. Term and cancellation depend on the selected plan and the details shown at checkout.

Domains and content

Domain registrations are subject to actual availability and the rules of the respective registry. Customers are responsible for their published content and for respecting third-party rights.

For domain transfers, the ordering party must be authorized to switch providers and must provide the required approvals and transfer data. The transfer price shown before ordering and the rules of the respective registry are decisive. Processing time and any possible extension of the domain term depend on the extension and the previous provider. The domain transfer does not include website content or mailboxes. Existing nameservers are retained; continuing related services with the previous provider is the customer's responsibility.
