Participation and independence

Participation is free and available from age 18. Partner access is activated after confirmation of the email address and approval of the application. You can already use your customer account after email confirmation. No employment relationship is created. Your own paid plan, purchases of goods, or joining fees are not required. You are responsible for trade and tax obligations as well as your own expenses. There is no exclusivity or obligation to recruit.

Compensation and attribution

Monetary commissions arise exclusively under a published, approved compensation plan from actual qualified customer payments. Eligible for compensation are actually paid product subscriptions of attributed private customers and sales partners, including later upgrades and further successfully paid subscription renewals until the effective end of the contract. Free registrations and free accounts are excluded. The paying partner receives no commission on their own payment; eligible upline partners may receive commission for it under the applicable attribution. Company accounts and company members are excluded from the private-customer model. Customer attribution takes place at registration via the personal link or referral code. For partner subscriptions, sponsor attribution applies; already compensated customer contracts retain their previous attribution. Existing paying customers are not attributed retroactively. A sponsor chosen at enrollment is unchangeable. Inactive positions are not skipped.

The displayed compensation plan provides 15 % / 5 % / 2 % / 1 % for four levels. The subscription participation runs until the effective end of the contract. Cancellation ends participation at the effective end of the contract, not upon receipt of the cancellation. Paid contributions during an agreed minimum term continue to count until then. If the subscription is continued thereafter, further paid renewals also count. Free periods and failed payments do not generate commission. Release after 30 days; payouts from 25.00 €. Refunds and chargebacks reduce compensation, even after a payout; a negative balance will be offset.

Business customers

Company sales and direct company referrals are attributed separately. No multi-level partner compensation for company revenue or their employees. The published enterprise rates apply to company offers. For companies with more than 2,000 users, terms are agreed individually with LXI. Web space and credits are limited.

Payout and records

Complete identity, tax and payment details and consent to the self-billing procedure are required. Payout is made to the PayPal or bank account you specified. You can find the current status and your statements under Finances. After payment details are changed, a 24-hour protection period applies. Financial reports are income surplus statement preparation for the income and expenses recorded here, not a complete tax return and not an ELSTER submission.

Responsibility towards customers

No unsolicited advertising, no false product or income promises. Disclose your financial interest. Customer data may only be processed with a legal basis. Do not use company access to recruit employees as private customers or partners. Do not pressure anyone into mandatory purchases.

Termination and contact

You can end your participation in the dashboard at any time. Claims already incurred and reclaims will be handled according to the applicable terms; statutory retention obligations remain in place.
